About The Role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant who will be tasked with supporting your line manager at a fast-growing digital marketing agency with handling and organizing deliverables for B2B SaaS clients from around the world. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills to learn more about SEO, a multi-billion dollar industry, and the fundamentals of client management.
The role will be full time, Mondays-Fridays from 1:00-9:30 PM Manila time. The role can be semi-flexible depending on the situation. The role is fully remote.
Main Tasks
- Assisting the line manager through tasks and timeline coordination with other team members
- Composing email correspondences to negotiate and collaborate with partners
- Auditing partnerships to track successes and needs for improvement
- Regularly updating spreadsheets for accuracy and task tracking
- Taking meeting notes and setting deadline reminders
- Accomplishing minor research tasks
- Drafting email templates for manual outreach
- Creating simple designs using Hyperise
- Auditing campaigns to track successes and needs for improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Somebody well-organized, with a capacity to digest and manage spreadsheets with large amounts of data
- Has EXCELLENT speaking and writing skills in English
- Skilled at using Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Able to attend frequent video conferencing meetings with high-speed internet and a personal laptop or computer
- Comfortable with handling written content with decent copywriting skills
- A good communicator who can cascade information to the different sub-teams in an effective manner
