The Role: 

 

As an Outreach Executive for the Prospecting Team, you will be leading a small team that handles list building, filtering, research, lead generation, and prospecting. Prospecting is the process of identifying potential clients or potential customers. In our case, we are targeting domains for a potential content partnership. 

 

Most of your day will be spent on spreadsheets trying to collect data, build context, create leads for multiple departments, and attend daily alignments.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Prospecting domains that meet our clients standards and relevant department heads (Like marketing or the content team) for content collaborations
  • Looking up relevant keywords to target
  • Coming up with new methods or techniques that can make the (current) process more efficient
  • Creating reports and presenting them
  • Gathering and filtering data
  • Maintain a well-organized spreadsheet
  • Checking or re-checking the the teams work
  • Creating a contingency plan if a team member is absent or is on leave
  • Collaborating with other departments to make sure we create quality leads and get feedback
  • In some situations, you might need to create and send out emails

 

What we expect from you:

  • Has SEO knowledge or experience
  • Has experience in prospecting (Either in sales or content prospecting)
  • Knowledgeable in Lead Generation tools like Sendinblue, Hunter, AeroLeads, Voila Norbert or similar to it.
  • Organized and efficient with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptable and can tackle blockers with an open mentality and initiative to find alternative solutions
  • Familiar with Google Suites and other collaborative online tools
  • Must be a team player with good delegation skills
  • Goal-driven and eager to optimize workflows and processes
  • Is willing to be trained and is open to different procedures and processes
  • Someone who is available and is punctual to online meetings (since this is daily)
  • Experience in email outreach and/or Pitchbox is a plus
