We are looking for a Compliance administrator to strengthen our compliance department and who will be responsible for the compliance of the UK(international and temporary staffing), Arabian Gulf and Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep up to date our compliance processes
- You support our clients in providing oversight and management of aspects of the compliance program of their candidates
- You work closely and in coordination with the recruitment and staffing departments
- Maintain contact lists and keep CRM up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- You possess and maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of applicable regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new healthcare professionals, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates in completing necessary compliance-related documents.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Sound knowledge and experience of the healthcare staffing industry’ compliance
- 1 year experience in a related compliance set up
- Diploma / bachelor in business / Recruitment related degree
- Proficient in Office / Google Suite
- Knowledge of Hubspot / Sales Force
- Fluent in English
