Job Summary:
Advaya is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our SaaS platform in North America and international markets. If you have experience in B2B/B2C sales, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of success in selling SaaS platforms, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of fleet management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other channels to generate leads and drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the features and benefits of our SaaS platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and sales collateral.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on sales performance.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales pipeline, forecasts, and achievements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Experience working in US/Canada shifts is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
