As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our website. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including images, videos, and written content.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Use social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyze social media data.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, including algorithm changes and new features on social media platforms.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing on social media.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance to stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activity on social media and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for each platform.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze social media data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
