Description

Agile Document Review is accepting resumes for a Nurse Record Technician to join our team in San Juan, PR! This position requires management of medical documentation, attention to detail, verification of document accuracy and integrity, and handling of electronic files. You must ensure that all documents are classified, filed, and stored correctly according to company policies and regulations.

 

Note that this position is considered a “desk job” and does not require direct physical contact with patients. 

 

 

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $13.00/$14.00 per hour

 

 

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Nursing required.
  • Proficiency in English (Spoken and Writen)
  • On-Site (San Juan).
  • Proficiency with computers, Windows PC, and web applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new complex computer systems.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Highly computer literate - comfortable learning new software.

 

Responsabilities

  • Organize medical documentation of cases according to established procedures.
  • Ensure proper order of documents.
  • Maintain and update a database or library of documents, ensuring that all documents are properly filed and indexed for quick retrieval.
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft tools such as Word an Excel.
  • Respond to emails promptly and appropriately.
