UK & Ireland Sales Manager (Agrochemicals) - Salary circa £60k with £100k OTE - Company Car + Benefits

The Job:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated UK & Ireland Sales Manager to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience within the AgroChemicals and Crop Protection industry, a proven track record of delivering sales targets, and excellent leadership and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading agrochemicals company and to grow your career within the industry.

Key Duties:

Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK and Ireland in line with the company's overall objectives.

Manage and develop the existing customer base and identify new business opportunities.

Deliver on sales targets and ensure that the sales team is meeting their objectives.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Head of Sales.

Ensure that the team is fully trained and motivated to achieve their targets.

Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and R&D, to ensure a coordinated approach to customer needs.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Travel within the UK and Ireland as required, with occasional international travel.

The Person:

10 years of experience within the Agrochemicals and Crop Protection industry.

Strong sales track record, with experience in managing a sales team.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

A full UK driving license and willingness to travel.

The Package:
