Reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager, the role of the B2B Marketing Executive will be pivotal in executing tactical digital marketing to support our Services Division. This currently consists of several Business Units which form part of the Air Partner Group; including Redline, Baines Simmons and Kenyon. You will be responsible for supporting and delivering Air Partner’s Services Division marketing strategy. You’ll help to shape our strategy by driving new acquisition across web, social, email, content, events and other media channels, as well as retention campaigns.
Collaborating with internal teams such as sales and business development, you’ll champion social media across the Division, creating and publishing all content and reporting back on key metrics.
You’ll be tasked with assisting with delivering the calendar of campaign activity. You will also work in building, optimising, promoting, creating content and updating the company’s websites and work with our digital agency in driving PPC and SEO campaigns across the division, ensuring these are successfully in line with delivering conversions for the business.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days in either our Gatwick or Bracknell offices, whichever is best for you!
What you will be doing…
Including but not limited to:
· Managing social media for the Services Division brands, creating and publishing all content and reporting back on key metrics
· Assisting in the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns
· Developing email campaigns
· Assisting in the management of our PPC agency and leading Paid Linkedin campaigns
· Managing and updating the company’s website (CMS) and database (CRM)
· Assisting with development and implementation of SEO and content strategies across our websites
· Assisting with projects to improve the design, usability and functionality of all current and future Air Partner Services Division websites, including launching new websites
· Creating image/video assets for social and website projects
· Assisting with reporting on Return on Investment (ROI) on a monthly basis
· Supporting data related projects such as:
· Use of CRM system to identify target audiences
· Supporting with the review and reporting process of monthly business KPIs
· Contributing to monthly results presentations
· Working with our creative agency to create a range of content and marketing materials (including brochures, adverts, social media campaigns, PR and e-marketing)
· Organising events, including presence at exhibitions, speaker opportunities and webinars
· Assisting with internal communications (internal group marketing updates, newsletters, intranet updates etc)
· Managing relationships with third-party providers and key stakeholders within the group
· General marketing activity aligned with sales strategy and business development activity
· Performing general marketing administration tasks
What we are looking for…
· At least 2+ years’ experience in marketing roles
· Previous experience in a similar B2B industry (within the training or education, safety or aviation sectors would be a huge advantage)
· A self-starter who can work autonomously and hands on
· Proven experience in management of social media networking tools for B2B
· Experienced in creation Paid Social campaigns
· Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and trends
· Previously worked with a CMS, and building content in multiple environments
· Experienced in working with stakeholders across all levels, including Sales, Functional Experts and Business Development teams
· Have an analytical mind and be comfortable with reporting return on investment across a variety of marketing channels
· Previous use of Adobe Creative Cloud
· Be a strong team player, as well as the ability to work independently
· Have advanced Microsoft Office skills
· Have a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in Advertising or Marketing
