Airhosted is a premier, Swiss-based short-term rental management company. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and uphold these standards for our international guests.
The Schedule: The "Swiss Lifestyle" Shift
This role offers a unique, concentrated schedule that allows for a consistent 3-day weekend (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday off).
Fixed Shift: Sunday to Wednesday at start, can change later.
Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 Swiss Time (CET/CEST).
Total: 40 hours per week (4 days x 10 hours).
Flexibility: Occasional coverage for teammates (vacation/sickness) is highly appreciated and rewarded with additional pay.
The Role
You will be the primary point of contact for guests during your shift, acting as the "voice" of our Swiss properties.
95% Digital Communication: Managing all guest interactions via Guesty (unified inbox for Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
5% Voice Support: Handling our emergency line for urgent issues (e.g., lockouts or maintenance) with a calm, professional demeanor.
Problem Solving: Efficiently resolving guest inquiries and de-escalating issues to ensure 5-star reviews.
Coordination: Working closely with our local Swiss on-site teams to ensure maintenance and cleaning are perfectly timed.
What We Are Looking For
English Mastery: Your English must be flawless—professional, warm, and highly effective at de-escalation.
Short Term Rental Knowhow: Previous experience Airbnb & Co is a must. Knowledge with Guesty is beneficial.
Technical Reliability: A high-speed internet connection is a must. Because we operate in the Swiss premium market, internet redundancy is mandatory (e.g., a backup UPS or mobile hotspot) to ensure zero downtime.
Hospitality Professional: You stay cool under pressure and treat every guest with the "Swiss Standard" of service—polite, efficient, and proactive.

Performance Bonus: We reward those who over-deliver. Excellence in guest satisfaction can earn you an annual bonus of approximately one month’s salary.
