About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Workers' Compensation Attorneys. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal representation to injured workers in workers' compensation claims
• Conduct thorough investigations of workers' compensation cases
• Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and appeals
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and employers
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and trials
• Maintain accurate records and manage case files effectively

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the State Bar of California
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing workers' compensation law
• Strong understanding of California workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
