Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various aspects of human resources management. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and provide timely feedback.
- Assist in new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and facilitating necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR policies and procedures implementation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities.
- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and facilitating feedback sessions.
- Support training and development activities by coordinating training programs and maintaining training records.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in HR administration tasks, such as preparing HR reports, managing leave records, and maintaining employee databases.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and relevant legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
