About the role

We're looking for an FP&A Manager who will report to our CFO. This is a big deal.

 

As part of the Finance team, you will lead our business planning and strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., Monthly Reviews, Forecasts, Annual Budget, and Long Range Plan) assisting with decision making regarding resource allocation and prioritization.

 

What you’ll be doing at albo:

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
  • Prepare and distribute timely and insightful financial analysis with actionable insights and provide recommendations.
  • Build and own financial forecast models.
  • Drive monthly P&L reviews with defined KPIs and provide analysis against budget and projection.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports.
  • Aid in the capital budgeting, expenditure planning and capital raising processes.
  • Actively interpret and review the results with the business, including trends/issues and opportunities to drive actionable responses.
  • Prepare insightful and dynamic reporting (BI Analytics) for a wide range of stakeholders to drive greater insight and visibility.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Identify, drive and measure growth and profitability through business case initiatives including setting pricing, improving margins, assessing new products, acquisition targets, large deals and contracts.
     

About you and what type of skills you'll need:

  • +5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting at a top-tier company.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (Finance & Strategy, Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategic Finance) in a fast-growing Fintech/technology scale-up company.
  • Strong quantitative and technical skills including complex financial modeling and data analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, or Python.
  • Experience working in financial and regulated institutions is a plus.
  • Advanced level of English.
