About the role
As Procurement Lead, you’ll be in charge of pursuing the best relationship and economic terms with each one of our key business partners and suppliers. On a monthly basis, monitor existing agreements to make sure both parties are compliant and our needs are at all times aligned within the legal scope.
What would you do:
- Research and discover the best supplier candidates for supplies and vendor services needs.
- Interact and coordinate with different units such as Finance, Operations, Engineering, Growth and Product to understand their supply needs.
- Along with the Legal team, build and negotiate new and renewal contracts and agreement details that best suit albo’s business needs.
- Discuss and negotiate the best pricing and conditions available in the market.
- Maintain great communication with business partners and suppliers.
- Constantly analyze current costs and expenses to find cost efficiencies and savings opportunities.
- Monitor active contracts and agreements making sure both parties are complying with terms agreed upon.
- Maintain and update a payment calendar schedule in order to comply with payment dates agreed upon active agreements.
- Work alongside the FP&A team to ensure the accuracy of the expenses and costs included in the budget as well as ensure that forecasts are maintained with the necessary updates.
About you and the type of skills you'll need:
- Experience in developing business relations and building contracts and agreements.
- Advanced English (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with purchasing fundamentals.
- Great Fintech sector comprehension and business understanding.
- General knowledge of software license terms and regulations.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, partners, vendors and key stakeholders.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
- Past experience working in fast-paced environments.
- Technological approach towards solving problems and building efficient processes.
