Consultant Plastic Surgeon (American Board / UK CCT) - Dubai at Allocation Assist DMCC

🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Plastic Surgeon to join a prestigious hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, with a strong focus on patient safety, aesthetic outcomes, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
 

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations to assess patient needs and recommend appropriate surgical or non-surgical treatments.
• Perform advanced cosmetic procedures including rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation/reduction, blepharoplasty, and facelifts.
• Deliver reconstructive surgeries such as scar revision, post-trauma reconstruction, and congenital deformity correction.
• Administer non-invasive treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and thread lifts.
• Ensure comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, and anesthesiology teams for integrated patient care.
• Participate in CME activities, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
   

📋 Qualifications & Experience

• Certification: Board-certified in Plastic Surgery (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)
• Licensure: DHA license or eligibility letter required
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a hospital or aesthetic clinic setting
• Proven track record in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centric approach
