Consultant Plastic Surgeon (Arabic Speaker) – Saudi Arabia at Allocation Assist DMCC

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare institution in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be board‑certified, fluent in Arabic, and skilled in delivering high‑quality reconstructive and aesthetic surgical care within a modern, patient‑centered clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery services.
• Perform advanced surgical procedures including trauma reconstruction, burns management, hand surgery, and aesthetic interventions.
• Lead outpatient clinics, pre‑operative assessments, and post‑operative follow‑up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, patient safety, and quality assurance.
• Participate in on‑call duties as required by the department.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and continuous quality improvement.
• Support training and mentorship of junior doctors and residents.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Board Certification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
• Minimum 5–7 years post‑consultant experience (preferred).
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory).
• Valid license or eligibility for licensing with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Strong surgical skills with a proven record in both reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient‑care skills.
