Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare institution in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be board‑certified, fluent in Arabic, and skilled in delivering high‑quality reconstructive and aesthetic surgical care within a modern, patient‑centered clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery services.
- Perform advanced surgical procedures including trauma reconstruction, burns management, hand surgery, and aesthetic interventions.
- Lead outpatient clinics, pre‑operative assessments, and post‑operative follow‑up.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, patient safety, and quality assurance.
- Participate in on‑call duties as required by the department.
- Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and continuous quality improvement.
- Support training and mentorship of junior doctors and residents.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Certification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
- Minimum 5–7 years post‑consultant experience (preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory).
- Valid license or eligibility for licensing with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Strong surgical skills with a proven record in both reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient‑care skills.
