🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Plastic Surgeon to join a prestigious hospital in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, with a strong focus on patient safety, aesthetic outcomes, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
🧠Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed consultations to assess patient needs and recommend appropriate surgical or non-surgical treatments.
Perform advanced cosmetic procedures including rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation/reduction, blepharoplasty, and facelifts.
Deliver reconstructive surgeries such as scar revision, post-trauma reconstruction, and congenital deformity correction.
Administer non-invasive treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and thread lifts.
Ensure comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up.
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of clinical documentation.
Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, and anesthesiology teams for integrated patient care.
Participate in CME activities, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
📋 Qualifications & Experience
Certification: Board-certified in Plastic Surgery (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)
Licensure: DHA/HAAD license or eligibility letter required
Experience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a hospital or aesthetic clinic setting
Proven track record in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centric approach
