🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Consultant IVF to join a leading Hospital in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including IVF, ICSI, and fertility preservation, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
 

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fertility assessments including history, imaging, hormonal profiling, and genetic testing 
• Develop individualized treatment plans for ovulation induction, IUI, IVF/ICSI, and donor programs
 • Perform and supervise procedures such as oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopy 
• Counsel patients and couples on prognosis, success rates, risks, and emerging options (e.g., PGT-A/M, surrogacy) 
• Collaborate with embryologists, andrology lab staff, and nursing teams to optimize lab protocols and clinical workflows 
• Ensure strict adherence to ethical, regulatory, and quality standards 
• Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and fertility research initiatives
 

📋 Qualifications & Experience

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology
 • Fellowship or subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine / IVF 
• Board certification (e.g., UK CCT, American Board, RCPSC, Facharzt)
 • Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in IVF and ART 
• Eligible for DOH Consultant licensure (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) 
• Proven track record of successful IVF outcomes and patient satisfaction
 • Strong communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity

• Tax-free salary: AED 80,000–90,000/month (commensurate with experience)
