Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dubai / UAE experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our process for hiring Doctors. The ideal person we are looking for will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build a strong pipeline of top talent to support our company's growth. This role requires strong leadership, industry insight and a passion for connecting with highly accomplished Doctors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to ensure high-performance standards.
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive experience for the Doctors throughout the recruitment process to maintain professional image of our organisation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, employment laws, and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and other department managers to support hiring initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
- minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring Doctors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and influence decision-making.
