Specialist Orthopedics Surgeon (Arabic Speaker) - Dubai at Allocation Assist DMCC

We are seeking a Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon who is fluent in Arabic. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal diseases and injuries among our diverse population. Your role includes medical and surgical care ranging from spine surgery, joint replacements to the care of sports injuries. You'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for our patients, and as such, you must demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
 

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical conditions and history to assess their overall health and medical needs.
• Diagnose and manage orthopedic conditions and diseases such as fractures or musculoskeletal malformations.
• Conduct surgeries, treatments, or therapies as necessary for patient care.
• Oversee and guide the work of Junior Orthopedic Surgeons and Staff
• Develop treatment plans and health management protocols in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate passionately and effectively in Arabic with patients, their families, and other medical professionals about diagnosis, treatment plans, and prognosis.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess an MD or D.O. degree from an accredited school and have completed a residency in orthopedic surgery..
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in surgical and non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.
• Proficiency in Arabic. 
• Experience in musculoskeletal imaging, athletic injuries, rehabilitation, and joint replacement is a plus.
• Outstanding patient care skills and the ability to explain the complex medical situation in simple layman’s terms to the patients.
