Consultant Interventional Cardiologist (Tavi) - Dubai at Allocation Assist Middle East

Job Overview:

As a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist (Tavi), you will work closely with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to provide specialized care to patients with structural heart diseases. You will be responsible for performing catheter-based procedures, including Tavi, to diagnose and treat cardiac conditions. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of new treatment protocols and participate in research and educational activities.

Responsibilities:

- Perform Tavi procedures and other catheter-based interventions with precision and expertise.

- Review patient medical histories, test results, and imaging studies to determine appropriate treatment plans.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to provide comprehensive patient care.

- Instruct and supervise trainees, residents, and junior staff in interventional procedures.

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in interventional cardiology and participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution.

- Board certification in Interventional Cardiology or equivalent.

- Fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology and specialized training in Tavi procedures.

- Minimum of 5 years of post-fellowship experience in Interventional Cardiology, with a focus on Tavi procedures.

- Valid license to practice as a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist in Dubai.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
