Job Title: Consultant OB/GYN (Urogynecologist) - Dubai

Position Overview: As a Consultant OB/GYN (Urogynecologist) with Allocation Assist Middle East, you will provide specialized clinical care to women with pelvic floor disorders and urinary incontinence. You will work closely with a team of skilled medical professionals to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including pelvic organ prolapse, bladder control problems, and other urogynecological conditions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and treat women with urogynecological conditions, conducting physical exams, reviewing medical history, and ordering appropriate tests and procedures.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management, surgery, and/or pelvic floor therapy.

- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.

- Collaborate with other medical professionals, including gynecologists, urologists, and physical therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

- Conduct surgical procedures, including pelvic organ prolapse repair, urethral sling surgeries, and vaginal reconstruction surgeries.

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation related to patient care.

- Participate in departmental and hospital-wide quality improvement projects and initiatives.

- Comply with all medical and ethical guidelines, standards, and regulations.

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution.

- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Dubai.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant OB/GYN, with a focus on urogynecology.

- Board certification in OB/GYN and subspecialty in urogynecology.

- Proven experience with surgical procedures related to urogynecology.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems.

- Fluent in English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
