Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecologist to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. As a Consultant Obstetrics & Gynecologist with Allocation Assist Middle East, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care to patients, coordinating and managing their reproductive health, and performing a wide range of gynecological procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and evidence-based medical care to patients, including prenatal care, family planning, and management of gynecological disorders.
- Conduct thorough examinations and assessments to diagnose medical conditions and develop and implement treatment plans accordingly.
- Perform a variety of gynecological procedures, including but not limited to routine screenings, Pap smears, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopy.
- Educate patients on women's health and preventive care measures to promote overall wellness.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals, including nurses and other specialists, to ensure optimal patient care and treatment.
- Keep detailed and accurate medical records and present reports to colleagues and superiors as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements and developments in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology by attending conferences, workshops, and participating in other professional development activities.
Requirements:
- MBBS/MD and Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing obstetrics and gynecology, with at least 2 years in a consultant position.
- Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills, with a strong track record of successful procedures.
- Experience working in a multicultural setting, preferably in the Middle East.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage.
