We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant Pediatric Cancer & Blood Disorders to join an esteem hospital in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary care physician for pediatric patients with cancer and blood disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the best course of treatment for each patient.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and supportive care services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate and support patients and their families through the treatment process.
- Participate in clinical research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in pediatric cancer and blood disorders.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, conferences, and other educational activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Candidates must possess UK CCT, American Board, Canadian Board, or an equivalent certification.
- Board certification in Pediatric Oncology or Hematology-Oncology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pediatric hematology/oncology.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to make evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to work well in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
