Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant Pediatrician to join our growing team in Dubai. As a Consultant Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing excellent medical care to children from birth to adolescence, and for advising families on how to maintain good health and prevent illness. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact on the lives of families in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting consultations and providing comprehensive care to children from birth to adolescence to ensure their physical and emotional well-being

- Making accurate and timely diagnoses based on patient history, physical examinations, and test results

- Developing and implementing treatment plans for children with acute and chronic illnesses

- Monitoring the growth and development of patients, and providing appropriate guidance and support to parents and caregivers

- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and coordinated patient care

- Keeping accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

- Participating in regular departmental meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical processes and procedures

- Keeping up-to-date with developments and advancements in pediatric medicine through continuous education and professional development activities

- Complying with all relevant regulatory and ethical standards, including patient confidentiality and informed consent procedures

Requirements:

- UK CCT certification in Pediatrics

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatrician in a reputable healthcare institution

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

- Proven track record of providing high-quality and compassionate care to children

- Flexibility to work on weekends and handle emergency cases when needed

- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
