Consultant Plastic Surgeon (Burn) - Saudi Arabia at Allocation Assist Middle East

As a Consultant Plastic Surgeon (Burn), you will be responsible for providing exceptional surgical and medical care to patients suffering from burns. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their needs and determine the best course of treatment for their burns

- Perform surgical procedures to repair and reconstruct burns, including skin grafting, tissue expansion, and scar revision

- Develop and implement treatment plans for burn patients, including post-operative care and rehabilitation

- Collaborate with medical colleagues, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and physical therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care

- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in plastic surgery, specifically in the treatment of burns

- Participate in research and publications to contribute to the advancement of burn treatment

- Mentor and train junior staff members, including residents and fellows

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and comply with all medical standards and regulations

- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing them with necessary information and support throughout the treatment process

Requirements:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution

- Board certification in Plastic Surgery

- Fellowship in Burn Surgery or extensive experience in treating burn patients

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plastic Surgeon, with a focus on burn treatment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

- Passion for providing the highest quality of patient care

- Must be Western-trained.
