Sales Manager (School Representative)/销售经理（校方代表） at American Straight A Academy

This position offers flexible working hours and does not require on-site office attendance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve regional student recruitment and sales performance targets;
• Maintain existing channel relationships, develop new collaboration channels, and explore partnership opportunities with domestic and international high schools and universities;
• Collect and analyze study-abroad market information, stay informed of market trends, and continuously update industry knowledge;
• Assist in handling student post-enrollment matters, including but not limited to renewals, course extensions, and refunds;
• Perform other market- and sales-related tasks assigned by the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; overseas study experience preferred, particularly in U.S. high schools;
• Prior experience as a U.S. university representative or study-abroad consultant is highly desirable;
• Familiarity with the Southeast Asian school agency and study-abroad markets, with proven experience in the region;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, solid channel development ability, a collaborative spirit, and high resilience under pressure;
• Flexible working hours with no requirement for office-based attendance.

岗位职责：

• 负责完成区域招生和业绩目标； 
• 负责维护现有渠道关系，开发新的合作渠道，开发国内外院校资源，寻找国内外高中、大学院校合作机会，并建立合作； 
• 收集和整理留学市场信息，掌握市场变化，更新行业知识 
• 负责协助处理学生的后期问题（包括但不限于续费、续课、退费等问题）； 
• 公司安排的其他有关市场销售的工作。 

岗位要求： 

• 本科以上学历，留学背景，美高留学优先； 
• 美国大学校代经验和留学顾问工作经验优先； 
• 熟悉东南亚校代留学市场，有东南亚留学市场经验； 
• 优秀的沟通表达能力，渠道开拓能力，有团队协作谨慎，善于挑战，抗压能力强。 
• 灵活弹性办公时间，不需坐班。
