Job Overview:

As a Remote Reservation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role, being responsible for ensuring all bookings are processed accurately, promptly, and efficiently. Working from a remote location, you will be provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to reservations inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Assist customers in choosing the perfect adventure for their needs and budget

- Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our reservation system

- Communicate with tour guides and third-party vendors to confirm availability and confirm reservations

- Monitor and update availability calendars for various tours and activities

- Handle and resolve any issues or concerns related to reservations

- Continuously maintain and update reservation records and customer information

- Provide customers with detailed information about travel requirements and ensure all necessary documents are obtained

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all sales targets and goals are met

Qualifications:

- Fluency in English is a must

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of reservation systems and booking software

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

- A passion to help others create unforgettable experiences

- Must be 18 or over

- Must be authorized to work in the US, UK or Australia.
