This job is a great position for an individual who loves working in a fast-paced environment, maximizing their earning potential, and loves to travel!
Responsibilities:
*Work with well-known travel vendors on customized itineraries for your clients to luxury destinations
*Convert leads into sales by providing service and advisory on all requests
*Create itineraries combining guest requests and insights, and recommendations on their trip
*Serve your customers by following up via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication
*Facilitate the booking process and sales
*Consistently reach and surpass monthly sales goals (Personal) not required
*Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure goals are achieved not required
*Stay knowledgeable and continue learning about our product and destinations
Qualifications:
π Have phenomenal Customer Service
π An understanding of a client's travel needs and wants, can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer.
π Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
π Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures calmly and professionally
