As a Retail Stock Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store is well-stocked, organized, and ready for customers. You will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and arranging merchandise while ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained. Your contributions will keep our store looking its best and help create a pleasant shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and merchandise shipments.
• Unpack, organize, and display products according to store guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation to minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure all stock areas are clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a well-stocked sales floor.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including inventory counts and special promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service by being knowledgeable and available to assist shoppers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, stock, or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and handle difficult conversations with empathy.
