About the Role
We are hiring Customer Service Specialists at multiple levels (Entry-Level to Senior) to deliver exceptional support across chat, email, and phone channels. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and contributing to a positive customer experience in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities (All Levels)
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Document interactions and maintain customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Entry-Level Customer Service Specialist (0–2 Years Experience)
What You’ll Do
Handle basic customer inquiries and support requests
Escalate complex issues to senior team members
Learn company products, systems, and workflows
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom (a plus)
Salary Range
$40,000 – $55,000 annually (or ~$18–$26/hour depending on schedule)
Senior Customer Service Specialist (4+ Years Experience)
What You’ll Do
Handle escalated and complex customer issues
Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Improve workflows and customer experience processes
Monitor performance metrics and service quality
Qualifications
4+ years of customer service experience
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience with platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Intercom
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced remote environment
Salary Range
$60,000 – $85,000+ annually (depending on experience)
