Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Blue Prism and a proven track record of successful end-to-end RPA implementations. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
• Perform end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define RPA value propositions.
• Develop and configure automation processes to meet business requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications, including mainframe applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
• Document RPA solutions and processes for future reference and maintenance.

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism.
• Proficient in basic programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Java, Python).
• Strong experience with APIs and database management.
• Familiarity with OCR tools and their integration with RPA solutions is a plus.
• Strong experience with mainframe applications .
• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end RPA implementations.

Education:
