About the role
The Programmes Coordinator role sits within our Early Careers and Social Impact team.
You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of 2 to 3 of our development programmes each year. Programmes last between 3 and 9 months. The role will involve supporting our programmes through their life-cycle, with your primary focus being to ensure we select and manage the engagement of our “talent”, young people aged 16 to 30, throughout our programmes from the recruitment stage to end-of-programme evaluation.
You will principally work internally with Arrival's Programme Managers and Programme Leads, who manage our programmes, as well as with programme managers who work for the companies we deliver our programmes in partnership with.
The key responsibilities break down into:
Talent Experience Management: Producing talent recruitment campaigns, and delivering online and in-person marketing via school assemblies or university events. Overseeing talent applications, assessments, interviews and offers. Managing programme on-boarding, tracking engagement, and following up on non-attendance whilst providing encouragement and support throughout.
Programme Event Delivery: Supporting with event planning and logistics. Managing talent attendance to help ensure smooth delivery of programme activities. Ensuring programme records are accurately managed and kept up-to-date.
Programme Evaluation: Collecting and analysing talent and volunteer feedback data. Supporting the drafting of programme impact reports for our clients.
Partner Experience Management: Maintaining strong relationships with the programme managers from our partner companies we work with through regular talent updates in client meetings, and supporting our volunteers to troubleshoot any issues with talent engagement.
Communications & Marketing: Capture and organise impact data. Support with the creation of written and video social media content to showcase programme success, including spotlight pieces on talent and volunteer experiences.

About the Recruitment & Selection Process
The recruitment process will be split into three stages: (1) this online application, (2) activity and (3) interview.
For the application stage we are accepting applications via GoHire, a recruitment platform. The application form will involve completing three short competency based questions. These questions will give us a good indication of whether you have the right skills, experience and values to be a good fit for Arrival. We estimate that these questions will take between thirty minutes and two hours to answer.
For those candidates shortlisted after the application stage, we will be asking you to complete an activity which looks to replicate the type of day-to-day work we do at Arrival, so we can understand how you would approach a task. We estimate that this activity will take between around two hours to complete - you will be asked to do this in your own time in a one-week window, and submit via email.
For those candidates taken forward to the next stage, the final element will be an online interview with a panel of colleagues from our Early Careers and Social Impact team. This will be predominantly competency-based, lasting approximately one hour. We do not plan to do another round of interviews, but we will determine this at the time based on the candidates and their merits.
The closing date for applications is 9am on Friday 7th March. For those taken to the activity stage, we estimate 7th - 14th March as the window to complete this, and we anticipate interviews to take place in the week commencing 17th March.
These timelines are subject to change and subject to us finding the right candidate, but all going well we plan to make an offer on or by the 24th March, for the successful candidate to start in post as soon as possible from late April onwards.
Recruitment Agencies & Partners:
Please note, we are not working with any recruitment agencies or partners at this time. As such, we do not accept any speculative CV’s and/or candidate profiles and are, therefore, unable to consider these.
