Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of sales operations or consulting experience, preferably in a fast growing environment
Graduated from top tier university
Comfortable in taking an active role in Sales
Strong understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices and industry standards
Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
Is a creative problem solver, able to think of out of the box solutions to potential problems
Is proficient in manipulating and visualising big data in a clear and logical way to suit different end users equally
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to communicate complex information to various audiences clearly and succinctly
Is confident and capable in presenting to individuals and groups of stakeholders at different levels
Self-aware team player, open to receiving/providing honest feedback to peers
Ability to understand the wider business needs to help prioritise and focus effort in the right places
What the job involves
Support the Commercial leadership team to monitor and analyse key performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, patterns and areas of improvement
Organise events and conferences aimed at driving business growth
Take an active role in the sales process: learn who we sell to, how we position our solutions and increasingly play a role in prospecting and execution with a view to winning business
