What you’ll do

 

The role

 

You will be taking ownership of delivering and implementing Atominvest’s solutions to both new and existing clients. You’ll be highly analytical, have great attention to detail and problem solving skills to ensure efficient implementation of our solution to our customers, in order to deliver quick time-to-value to them. 

 

You will have to be comfortable moving quickly and accurately, and be brilliant at continually re-prioritizing what must be done to keep Atominvest growing at pace.

 

As well as being responsible for implementation, you’ll be the primary point of contact of our customers post implementation driving advocacy and identifying expansion opportunities across our customer base. 

 

You'll be a bridge between engineering, product and our customers - communicating our technology, understanding customer pain-points and interpreting future customer needs to inform our product development.

 

You will work closely with, and learn from, a team of people who are working with the world’s leading private equity & venture capital firms.

What you’ll be doing:

 

Implementation

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact with our customers on delivery and implementation of their Atominvest solution
  2. Analyzing and documenting customer requirements and project objectives
  3. Implementing customer requirements, datasets, workflows and processes into the Atominvest system
  4. Proactively sharing best practices with customers 

Customer Success

  1. Speaking with customers to identify and working with sales to close expansion opportunities within our customers 
  2. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers and executive sponsors to ensure they are using the solution to achieve full business value
  3. Conduct periodic customer reviews - accurately assessing customer health, helping define adoption strategies and ensure value realization
  4. Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal
  5. Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement in the product and our processes

Requirements

 

The must-haves:

  • Excellent written communication and email skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Excel
  • Organized individual / project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Team player, keen to learn and share ideas
  • Ambitious and keen to progress
  • Willing to persevere and win through in the face of setbacks

+ the nice-to-haves, someone with experience in:

  • 6 months experience in system implementation, MS Excel 
  • Customer success or implementation experience in fast-paced B2B SAAS businesses
