About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on development experience and demonstrated expertise in leading technical teams. This role involves driving software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and nurture technical expertise within the team.
- Resolve technical and interpersonal challenges within the team.
Project Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and goals.
- Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and clients.
- Communicate technical concepts and project statuses to non-technical audiences.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead process improvements to enhance team efficiency and software quality.
- Drive innovation by proposing new tools, frameworks, or methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong front-end development experience with React or Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
Team Leadership
- Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
- Strong ability to mentor, inspire, and retain talent.
Project Management
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools such as Jira.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
