We are seeking an enthusiastic, full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Toronto team. The ideal candidate will bring both creativity and strategic thinking to help drive marketing excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic marketing initiatives while gaining comprehensive exposure to digital marketing operations, professional mentorship, and hands-on client experience.
Core Responsibilities
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising platforms
• Develop compelling content for various digital platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
• Support SEO optimization efforts and keyword research initiatives
• Assist in podcast development and production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic marketing projects
Marketing Operations
• Manage social media content calendar and engagement across primary platforms
• Support email marketing campaigns from conception to analysis
• Assist in paid advertising campaign management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support event marketing initiatives, including webinars
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital marketing platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Preferred Skills
• Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Canva, Figma, Meta Ads Manager)
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Familiarity with social media marketing strategies
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Interest in technology and digital innovation
