We are recruiting for a Field Service Technician for one of our global medical device clients to join their growing team located in Toronto, Canada. The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site customer service support, repair, and maintenance within the Greater Toronto Area.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to various sites to install and maintain medical aesthetic equipment
- Troubleshoot electro-mechanical and robotic aesthetic systems
- Pack, ship, and receive equipment and material
- Provide customer service via phone and resolve related issues
- Handle call scheduling and other administrative duties independently
- Stay up to date with current technical literature to ensure the following best practices
- Other duties as assigned
Required:
- Associate Degree or bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining electronic and/or mechanical equipment
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and a vehicle
- Must be available to work after regular hours and on the weekends to meet customer demand during peak times
