Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with executives and line management to gather, relay, and clarify essential information.
Answer and manage a senior leader's phone line, logging accurate messages and handling inquiries with discretion and sound judgment.
Proactively manage complex calendars for multiple executives, resolving conflicts and anticipating scheduling needs.
Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and oversee logistics for meetings and appointments.
Prepare meeting minutes and supporting documents, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
Draft correspondence, reports, and forms following interaction with internal or external partners; research and resolve inquiries as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Great interpersonal skills and professional demeanor when interacting with teammates and clients. Willing to work with a team or independently.
1-2 years administrative support in Financial or Wealth Management/ Trust Administration organization.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with a financial operating system preferred.
Detail oriented and self-motivated, fast learner with ability to work independently, quickly and efficiently.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task while setting priorities and follow-through on assigned responsibilities.
