Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring each client feels heard and valued
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, billing issues, and service requests using clear communication and active listening skills
Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer needs, promote new products or services, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Manage client accounts by updating information accurately through data entry in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
Handle cash transactions responsibly when necessary, maintaining accuracy during cash handling procedures
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism during all customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently while demonstrating strong analysis skills to identify root causes and solutions
Qualifications
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse customer groups
Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
Excellent communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency considered a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calls professionally while maintaining positive rapport with clients
Experience in customer service roles involving analysis skills, call handling, and client interaction is desirable
Knowledge of call center best practices including phone etiquette, active listening, and problem resolution
