Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Order Selector to join our team. The Warehouse Order Selector will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately select orders from warehouse stock according to pick tickets or voice-pick systems.
Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items are correctly labeled and securely packed.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Assist with receiving and stocking incoming shipments as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
