About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Estates and Facilities, you will:
- Assist with day-today facilities management tasks across all Autism Together sites.
- Maintain up to date and accurate records for Estate and Facilities operations.
- Reconciling of utility billing.
- Provide administrative support for health and safety compliance, audits and incident reporting.
- Help coordinate risk assessments.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Telephone, email and post support.
