Autism Together has an exciting opening for a Learning Facilitator to join an award-winning team to drive the learning culture for our people.
This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining the Learning Culture team and the charity as we are building and implementing bespoke learning and development programs for our staff.
Join us as we embark on this journey to support our workforce with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional, person-centred care!
The successful candidate will develop the Learning Culture for internal and external stakeholders to deliver lifelong learning projects to support and future proof our workforce.

Salary and hours of work:
Working from our head office in Bromborough, Wirral, with a requirement to deliver externally to other business locations this position is permanent and based on full-time hours (37.5 hours per week).

What we are looking for:
Our ideal candidate will be an effective and confident communicator with good knowledge of health & social care, plus relevant experience, or qualifications in training.
Knowledge of CQC training requirements and other care-based training would be ideal.
