Regional Head of Service
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Regional Head of Service to lead a team of care professionals within an Autism setting. This is a newly created position as we expand our existing portfolio across our Residential and Supported Living Services.
As a leading provider for Autism, we support individuals through the care pathway of our services. We are well established, providing forward thinking approaches to deliver person centric services to the People We Support. Recently awarded the Regional Northwest Employer of the year, we provide innovative strategies to meet the needs of both the services we provide and the workforce.
The postholder will support the Director of Operations to embed the strategic direction of our services, supporting our Operational Service Managers to lead the ongoing development of care provision, through the development and maintenance of high standards of evidence-based care.
