We are seeking a Lead Growth & Acquisition Performance Analyst to serve as the insights engine behind our customer acquisition efforts. This role provides critical, data-backed intelligence to drive acquisition decisions across paid media, influencer programs, partnerships, and product-led growth. Working closely with the Digital Acquisition Manager and other growth owners, you’ll deliver real-time reporting, deep attribution analysis, campaign forecasting, and strategic performance insights. You'll help the team continuously optimize creative, audience targeting, and budget allocation across channels. You will also build internal reporting frameworks and dashboards, and ensure the executive team, marketing, and product teams are aligned on what’s driving performance.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, has a passion for customer acquisition, and brings both technical and marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Acquisition Analytics
- Analyze performance across all acquisition channels including paid media, influencer, partnership, and product-led sources.
- Compare performance of creative formats (e.g., video vs. static), audience segments, and messaging approaches.
- Monitor and optimize against CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention goals, providing insights to fuel campaign improvements.
- Use attribution modeling and funnel analysis to better understand user behavior and conversion dynamics.
Forecasting, budgeting & Reporting
- Develop campaign forecasts, track budget versus forecast versus actuals, and deliver variance analysis with insight and recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools, supporting both marketing team needs and executive-level reporting.
- Lead the creation of campaign reporting frameworks including daily/weekly check-ins and post-campaign wrap-ups.
- Develop and maintain acquisition and budget models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and investment decision-making.
Insights & Optimization
- Partner with program owners (influencer, affiliate, paid) to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct regular competitor and market research to inform strategy and highlight performance benchmarks.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and communicate findings across teams with clarity and urgency.
Tooling and Data Infrastructure
- Pull and aggregate data from Appsflyer, Meta, Google Ads, internal dashboards, and databases when necessary.
- Collaborate with the data and reporting teams to ensure systems are configured to deliver actionable performance views.
- Build self-service reporting tools and frameworks for ongoing use by the marketing and leadership teams.
Startup Collaboration & Generalist Support
- Contribute to the development of campaign briefs, performance summaries, and marketing presentations.
- Support documentation, meeting notes, and cross-functional planning as needed.
- Assist in budget planning and scenario modeling across acquisition initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance analytics, or customer acquisition roles.
- Strong technical proficiency with Appsflyer, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, and basic SQL.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, cohort tracking, and conversion funnel metrics.
- Experience working in or supporting fast-paced, cross-functional startup environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly required.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
