Elektra Go is seeking a bilingual Marketing Manager responsible for developing, optimizing and executing performance-driven omni-channel product marketing initiatives, campaigns and lifecycle communications that fuel business growth. This is a strategic, fast-paced, start-up environment role where campaign direction, messaging, positioning and channel strategy must directly support measurable outcomes including engagement, transactions, new feature adoption and long-term customer value. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver campaigns, launch features, educate customers and increase overall adoption of Elektra Go products. The ideal candidate is analytical, agile, resourceful and experienced in financial services, direct to consumer apps and U.S. Hispanic consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities | Position Overview
● Build product campaign messaging, positioning, go-to-market plans and cross-channel content direction
● Develop and execute omni-channel campaigns that drive engagement, feature adoption, transactions and lifetime value
● Lead customer lifecycle communications across onboarding, activation, engagement and retention working with the marketing operations team
● Develop, manage and optimize budgets and/or projected performance for campaigns or events as needed
● Partner cross-functionally with product, creative, marketing operations and performance teams to drive business outcomes
Detailed Responsibilities:
-Product Marketing
● Translate product features and enhancements into simple, compelling customer messaging and/or communication strategies driving in app engagement and increased lifetime value
● Build go-to-market launch plans and supporting materials in collaboration with Product, IT and Creative
● Presentation of launch plans, campaign strategies with internal or external partners and leadership teams
● Ensure cross-channel alignment for product education across social, lifecycle, web and in-app
● Support competitive insights and positioning evolution to ensure product positioning and messaging puts Elektra Go top of the industry
● Develop and present campaign or product launch performance reports with insights working with the marketing analytics team
-Omni-Channel Engagement Campaign Strategy & Execution
● Develop integrated engagement campaign strategies for feature launches, enhancements, promotions and user engagement
● Create messaging frameworks, positioning and key value propositions
● Build and manage campaign timelines, briefs, projections and execution plans working closely with project management
● Build campaign and/or launch overview presentations to share with product, leadership and/or customer support teams
● Ensure all campaigns reinforce business goals including transactions, DAU/MAU growth, feature adoption and engagement
● Partner with Product, UX/UI and Customer Support teams to improve user education and reduce friction in the app
● Support test-and-learn initiatives to improve funnel performance across paid, lifecycle and organic channels
-Lifecycle, CRM & Customer Communications
● Develop lifecycle communication strategy for onboarding, activation, re-engagement and retention
● Work with marketing operations to plan and deploy email, push, SMS and in-app communication strategies
● Segment audiences and build messaging plans personalized for the U.S. Hispanic users
● Identify lifecycle friction points and optimize with data-backed recommendations
● Oversee content development to ensure consistency and performance alignment
-Budgeting & Vendor / Partner Management
● Develop and manage campaign, promotions and/or event budgets
● Support negotiation of vendor contracts and event expenses as needed
Required Qualifications
● 5+ years of marketing and/or product management experience in D2C and B2B environments, ideally in financial services, fintech or consumer-facing mobile apps
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field
● Experience developing performance-driven omni-channel campaigns including promotion, messaging and communication strategies
● Experience marketing to the U.S. Hispanic audiences with cultural fluency
● Strong product marketing and lifecycle communication experience across onboarding, activation, engagement and retention
● Ability to translate complex features into simple, customer-friendly value propositions
● Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to tailor for various stakeholders
● Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
● Strong analytical capabilities with data-informed decision making
● Written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish
● Highly organized, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
● Experience working within highly regulated industries preferred
