As an SFCM Architect / Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using SFCM (Salesforce Community Cloud Mobile). You will work closely with our team of designers and engineers to create custom solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of SFCM and its associated technologies, as well as a strong passion for creating and delivering top-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom SFCM solutions for clients, including building and maintaining custom components and features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications for SFCM implementations
- Build and maintain integration between SFCM and other systems, such as CRM, ERP, etc.
- Maintain and update existing SFCM applications, ensuring they are always up to date and operating at peak performance
- Review code written by other developers to ensure best practices and standards are being followed
- Apply security best practices to all SFCM projects and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to SFCM
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with 4+ years of experience as salesforce solution Architect
- Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferable.
- Hands on Development experience
- Experience developing cloud native software in AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Experience in JavaScript or Python background is desirable.
- Experience in JS/HTML/CSS for FE Development
- Strong in Server-side java scripting like NodeJS
- Strong in Ampscript, SSJS and SQL with ability to also leverage AWS would be ideal candidate.
- Strong in Configuration Management/Version control
- Experience in Build and Deployments (CI/CD)
- Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, platform architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture design, environment management, testing, and Force.com Platform education.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends. Able to actively make suggestions based on the results.
- Experience with multiple implementations and roll-outs / cut-overs along with production support / Integration Testing
- Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements,
- Review solutions and recommending improvements.
- Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.
- Ensure documentation of the steps for testing.
- Modeling and prototyping of salesforce User Interface.
