We look for a highly motivated Cloud Engineer who combines solid technical credentials working with Docker and Kubernetes. In this role, you will be responsible for effective infrastructure provisioning, installation/configuration, software deployment, services operation, and maintenance of systems software related to the assigned team. Must be proficient with Cloud Computing, Docker, Kubernetes, Git/GitHub, Python, TypeScript, .NET Core, managing and network connectivity, Linux OS, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities
- Review the development processes and redesign them to improve speed, performance, quality, and cost.
- Manage IT infrastructure needed to implement the software code in Cloud Computing environments, mainly with AWS.
- Implement methods, processes, and automation tools for the developments.
- Responsible for coordinating and carrying out the automation process.
- Ensure the fastest and most secure deliveries with continuous deployment to reduce the time for releases and updates.
- Continuous monitoring throughout the development lifecycle with tools such as Prometheus.
- Reduce error rate and error recovery time.
- Implement correct information security measures for data protection and disaster recovery.
Requirements
- Technical English (written).
- Linux operating system; deployment of virtual machines.
- Management of containers with tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- High understanding of continuous delivery (CD) theory with systems or tools like GitHub, GitLab, or others.
- Manage and configure AWS services for high-traffic web/mobile application platforms.
- You can set priorities and follow a timeline with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Infrastructure architecture documentation using Cloudflare, Terraform, Vault, Logtail, and Grafana.
- Solid knowledge of programming languages: TypeScript, .NET Core and Python.
