Responsibilities
- Independently design and deliver QA automation solutions within an Agile framework, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide timely updates, communicate blockers, and share accurate information on project status.
- Define and uphold testing standards, ensuring essential procedures are followed and best practices are implemented.
- Develop and implement scalable automation solutions to capture, organize, and maintain real-time test data for validation, tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Perform manual testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage and identify edge cases outside the automation scope.
- Conduct performance testing to validate system scalability and responsiveness.
- Perform mobile testing to validate application behavior across a range of mobile devices.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with automation testing, including developing and executing automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Pytest, Appium, and Playwright.
- Development experience with Python for creating test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Strong experience in Agile development, with the ability to participate effectively in iterative sprints.
- Proven debugging and analytical skills across computer platforms and familiarity with various automated testing tools.
- Experience in scripting for log capture and analysis, specifically to debug Linux-based systems.
- Proficiency with AWS Console logs to monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues.
- Experience using browser developer tools for testing and debugging.
- Familiarity with test case management and planning software, such as Testrail, Zephyr, or TestLink.
- Hands-on experience integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines in GitHub or Jenkins.+

- Flexibility to work in US Pacific Time Zone hours, with occasional testing coverage extending into Asia Time Zones.
