Customer Support Specialist (remote)

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our Madrid-based client, a key player in the e-commerce industry known for its expertise in logistics, packaging, and shipping. This role involves managing order processing, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting our logistics operations. - Monthly salary full-time: $500 - $700 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and tickets.
- Track, manage, and ensure the timely fulfillment of orders.
- Process, rectify, and verify customer orders to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Create national and international shipping labels to support seamless logistics.
- Provide product information, address concerns, and troubleshoot order-related issues.
- Handle and monitor reviews on our platform, addressing feedback proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Previous experience in order management.
- Experience with E-commerce and E-commerce platforms.
- Fluent in Spanish.
