What You'll Be Doing:

• Product Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings on various platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
• Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
• Order Processing: Process orders, manage inventory, and coordinate shipping.
• Marketing Assistance: Support marketing campaigns by creating product descriptions, managing social media, and assisting with email marketing.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce service.
